Holloway Consulting provides a number of services for software vendor organisations:

Assessment

It is a short review of the organisation and its products within the market the product is aimed at. Further activities can be included to look at sales and marketing.

Strategy Review

This involves reviewing the product and/or services that are or to be offered both from a technical view point as well as from commercial one. It is based on Holloway Consulting’s knowledge of the various software markets.

Sales Training

It is an education-based service based for company personnel involved in the sales process. It is tailored to carry the sales messages of the company for its own products as well as providing a basic understanding of RFID and the market. The course for sales consists of 4 hour session, whilst that for technical pre-sales and consultants covers 2 to 3 days depending on level of details required.
