User Services
Holloway Consulting provides a number of services for End
user organisations:
Strategy Planning is fundamental to a company’s success. It allows an
organisation to develop its strategy for development, procurement,
construction and support of the services. Without it, the organisation has
no clear direction or roadmap to support its future service and product
development and cannot be sure that the business processes developed
actually support the organisation’s goals and objectives.
Preparation is an education based service based around a one-day
interactive workshop. The service involves a planning and customisation step
before the workshop to tailor the standard workshop material to a particular
client's exact needs
It uses a structured, modular approach for Software Evaluation and
Selection, based on an approach devised and used by Simon Holloway and
others over the last 15 years.
Process is a detailed building of the full process definition that
underpins a business service. This definition, not only incorporates the
business process internally with in the enterprise but also inside it
partners, but also the error and escalation procedures that need to be
applied.
Review is a detailed assessment of how well an organisation's strategy &
projects are being managed. Its aim is to judge the fitness for purpose and
value for money being given by an organisation's current and future
information services. The Review is aimed at providing answers to Business
and IT managers on the exploitation and management of web services in their
organisation.
